All forms (see "Food Allergy Form" above) must be completed by a physician for the cafeteria to make any modifications to a child's diet. The first page must be filled out. Then parents should choose the other appropriate form that fits their child's needs.

2. Your application will be reviewed and then you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the online training and background check process.
GSCS will use an automated phone/text message system to notify parents of snow closings, delays, or other emergencies. These alerts are through our My Students Progress system, so it is important that parents notify the office of any changes in phone numbers.
